I am bound by both the BACP (registered) and NCS (accred) strict ethical codes and I tailor my work according to your individual and unique needs
Choice plays a large part in the Counselling room and starts with your decision to contact me, either by email, text or calling.
We agree a mutually beneficial time and day to meet, and I send you a copy of our Agreement which covers how we decide to work together.
Working in an informal, relaxed and unstuffy atmosphere feels important and our first (and every following session) is about you bringing whatever you wish.
It is also about deciding if I am the person you would feel happy journeying alongside you.
